New eForm available for flexwork arrangement requests

Effective immediately, an eForm has been implemented for processing MSU’s Flexwork Arrangement Requests (the paper form will no longer be available.)  To access the form, login to the eForms portal (eforms.msstate.edu) using your netID and netPassword, then select Flexwork Arrangement Request option under the Employee eForms section to submit the request.

To request a flexwork arrangement, an employee should first discuss the requested arrangement with their supervisor.

Document Routing:

  1. Employee initiates and completes the form.
  2. eForm should be routed through the approval chain until it has been approved by the appropriate Vice President.
  3. If the employee will work outside the state of Mississippi, prior approval must be obtained from HRM and the Office of General Counsel. 
    1. VP’s office will route the eForm to HRM Data Services Group for handling. 
    2. HRM Data Services obtains approvals from both General Counsel and HRM.
    3. eForm is routed back to the VP’s office for VP approval. 
    4. VP’s office returns eForm to HRM Data Services group for handling.  A copy of the approved eForm will be placed in the employee’s personnel file in HRM.

Join the 4-week Nurture your whole self, Wellness Challenge.  Participate individually or as a group.  Employees can follow these steps to join the challenge virtually: 

  1. Click here to register for the challenge.  Your health coach will send you a tracking form to record your activities. 
  2. Attend an in-person kickoff event or the webinar on 2/7. 
  3. Track your activities on the tracker provided by your health coach. 
  4. Email your completed tracking form to your health coach by April 10, 2024, to be entered into a Prize Drawing. *
